• Cadet Squadron

  • Phone number (optional)
• Interests and hobbies (preferably outside of computer science)
• Programming experience (language(s) and number of years experience for each language)
• Development interest(s): presentation layer (i.e., front end), data access layer (i.e., back end), or algorithms

Also include a picture of yourself. I will use it to learn your name so make sure that it resembles you in uniform (although you need not be in uniform in it) and preferably focuses on your head and shoulders.
