The schedule for homework and project assignments has been revised significantly. More specifically, instead of eight homework assignments, three of which pertained to a class project, there are now seven individual homework assignments to practice the concepts discussed during class and five separate project assignments to apply these concepts in the context of a larger project. Loosely speaking, one assignment is now due at the final class meeting each week.

Despite the larger number of assignments, though, the deliverables – i.e., what must be turned in – remain largely unchanged from prior course offerings. That is, prior assignments have been split into smaller assignments. Smaller assignments, in turn, should facilitate faster feedback throughout the semester.
