Due to this week’s snow days, I’m rearranging the order of the next two lessons. Lesson 29, which will not have a class meeting, is now the case study on Toyota unintended acceleration. You should watch Professor Phil Koopman’s video on your own time prior to Lesson 31. We will cover reliability engineering on Lesson 30 (Monday, 4 November).

Also, given the limited number of you who attempted the reading for the Therac-25 case study, it is currently my intention to consider everything in the case studies (i.e., the Therac-25 reading and the presentation about Toyota unintended acceleration) testable material and include questions about them on the next graded review (GR).
